My career spans healthcare, financial services, energy, manufacturing, logistics, software and the public sector, with senior leadership roles across Europe and the United States. I have led large-scale digital transformation programmes, built high-performing technology organisations and helped businesses navigate complex change with confidence.

Most recently, I established and led one of Ireland's largest AI and software engineering centres, growing the organisation to more than 300 professionals delivering advanced digital healthcare solutions that support millions of patients worldwide.

I have built and scaled engineering organisations, delivered enterprise AI programmes, managed significant P&L responsibility and worked directly with executive teams and boards to align technology investment with business strategy.
